2009 Christmas Parade

Every year, CDP dancers have the chance to represent CDP in the Apex and Cary Christmas parades. Dancers must be 7 years of age and must participate in several Saturday rehearsals.

This year, the theme is "Boogie Woogie Santa Claus." Dancers will be performing to a song by the Brian Setzer Orchestra and costumes are Gap commerical preppy. This is a fun opportunity for everyone--we'd love to have you!

Cost is $50 and includes your costume that you will wear (you must purchase your shoes). Shoes can be purchased at some Target stores and at Target.com:

If you participated in the parade last year and still have a pair of Target Silver Glitter Oxfords (sneakers ONLY, no Mary Janes or flat shoes this year), you may wear them again this year.

The Apex parade is Saturday, December 5th at 5 pm. The Cary parade is Saturday, December 12th at 2 pm. Dancers must participate in both.

Even if you are not participating, we would still love to have you come support and cheer us on at both parades.
