Curriculum for Students Ages 19 and Up
Our adult classes serve a wide variety of ages and fitness levels. Some of our students took dance as a child but many did not.
For the adult dancer, we offer:
- Tap
- Jazz
- Other classes may be offered based on student interest
The goals of these classes include:
- To give students a healthy outlet for stress
- To provide a great cardio workout
- To increase flexibility, improve muscle tone, and decrease body fat
- To make friends with people that have similar interests
